JLB provides construction estimating and consulting services for Owners, Owner's Reps, Subcontractors, General Contractors & Construction Managers.

Our services cover all aspects of pre-construction stages from conceptual phase to construction documents & bidding phase for all types of projects ranging from Interior Fitouts to out-of-ground projects.  We prepare complete and detailed estimates using state of the art software such as Oncenter On-Screen Takeoffs & Siteworx (all with Excel Export capabilities).  We can also produce estimates broken out by materials, equipment & labor.  Said services include the following:

• Preparing conceptual, design development & construction design estimates
• Quantity take-offs and pricing (per industry standards & up to date pricing) for all disciplines including, but not limited to Civil, Landscape, Architectural, Structural & MEP Divisions (i.e. Div. 2 thru 33)
• Prepare Bid Packages, analyze sub-bids, vet and level bids out and assemble GMP for all CM Projects
• Open-shop, prevailing wage and/or PLA projects
• Value Engineering Analysis (based on hourly rate)
• Assist in buyouts (1% of contract amount as buy share).

Said services are on an "as-needed basis"
